ON SPIRITUAL FATHERHOOD (V)

“When they saw the courage of Peter and John and realized that they were unschooled, ordinary men, they were astonished and they took note that these men had been with Jesus.” Acts 4:13 NIV

One significant aspect of spiritual fatherhood is the ability to reproduce what is within you.

A great example of this is found in our key scripture. Peter, James, and John were some of Jesus’ closest companions during His earthly ministry. The closer the relationship, the more people reflect each other’s traits. Yet, in a healthy relationship, the similarities enhance the individual uniqueness rather than diminish it.

Courage isn’t something you can simply borrow; it is a virtue that flows from a deep conviction in your heart that what you’re standing for is true and worthwhile—even when it’s difficult or costly. This is exactly what Peter and John demonstrated.
This is a blessing for everyone who is under a strong and stable spiritual covering.

Praise the Lord!

Prayer: Father, I thank You for this wonderful gift. I pray for every spiritual father to receive divine wisdom to communicate what You’ve poured into them, in ways that are simple yet powerful. I pray for sons in the faith to both receive and grow, multiplying in ways that bring glory to You and strengthen others. In Jesus’ name, Amen!
