BALANCED JUDGEMENT (III)
“My counsel for you is simple and straightforward: Just go ahead with what you’ve been given. You received Christ Jesus, the Master; now live him. You’re deeply rooted in him. You’re well constructed upon him. You know your way around the faith. Now do what you’ve been taught. School’s out; quit studying the subject and start living it! And let your living spill over into thanksgiving.” Colossians 2:6-7 MSG
As we wrap up this conversation, I wish to leave you with the words of Paul. Now that you have known, experienced and seen Christ, let that be the same way you live your life. You have stories and testimonies of His faithfulness too, let those bear witness every chance you get!
There will never be a time you have completely mastered all there is to know about God because he is infinite and beyond what man can search, but as one great man sung ‘you will have eternity to praise’. But while you are still here, let all that you are and all that you do, testify of whom you have believed.
Guard this seed jealously, water it and steward it faithfully and let your life be a pleasant aroma to the one you have dedicated it to. He is worthy of all honor and all praise, now and forevermore.
Prayer: Father I thank you for this word. I have esteemed your words more than necessary food and carry my experiences in you as badges of honor. It shall be said of me that all that I am was spent to glorify your name and bear you witness, in Jesus mighty name, Amen!
