ENEMIES OF YOUR SOUL (II)

”For they loved human praise more than the praise of God.“ John 12:43 NLT

A man who is dead to their flesh understands that whether they stand before a multitude of thousands, or by themselves in their prayer time, both are for an audience of one.

I have labored the last few weeks to emphasize identity, authority and belonging, which are all things that Christ’s sacrifice has afforded every man who will believe and confess Him as Lord and savior.

The enemy strategically works in order to get believers to compromise their identity because if you don’t know who you are, you don’t move in the authority of the same and you will constantly be placed below your standard.

We are witnessing a time where a literal war has been waged against identity, and many are the responses to this deception because of the ambiguity present even in the midst of those that believe.

Child of God, this is not your portion. Whether you are a minister, an entrepreneur, a tech savvy, a politician, a professional in any field, your standard is made clear: whatever you do, do so with all your heart as working for the Lord and not your human masters. (Colossians 3:23).

I don’t know any man that has walked by this principle and failed. Let this govern your next move, to the glory of our Lord Jesus. Hallelujah!

Prayer: Father I thank you for this truth. I have learnt to be of a ruled spirit, seeking your heart in every matter above everything else. I shut the many voices in the atmosphere seeking for my attention, because I know from whence my hope comes from. Search my heart and pluck out what conflicts with your spirit that I may exercise my self into perfection unhindered, in Jesus mighty name.
