”Bless the LORD, O my soul: And all that is within me, bless his holy name.” Psalm 103:1 KJV

The longer one intimately knows the Father, the more their adoration of Him leans heavily on His holiness, when it might have been about his goodness and all his benefits when they were babes.

Every intention that flows from the heart of the Father is solidly grounded in His holiness. There is a reverence, an awe, an appreciation that knows no words, yet proceeds from the cry of one’s heart, having understood his benefits as good but not as the source of our joy. His holiness is.

Therefore, child of God, none of God’s dealings in our lives should be forgotten or despised. Whether He withheld something we thought a blessing, He is good. Whether we mourn, lose or grieve, He is good. Whether He consecrates you to prune your affections, His hand bandages what is wounded.

Whatever the earthly and definite circumstances whether in their most glorious form or their lowliest state, let your heart never judge God wrong or the divine providence that comes from His hand.

We have a sure word, that ALL not some, not a few, but ALL things work together for the good of those who Love the Lord and are called according to His purposes (Romans 8:28).

It is impossible to understand such a reality and fail to worship Him in spirit and in truth. Selah!

Prayer: Father, I thank you for this truth. Surely, you are worthy of all my praise in all its heartfelt form and glory. Help me keep my gaze on your simplicity that I may not veer of the path of righteousness and wisdom. To you be all glory, honor and praise, Amen!
